SMS Indonesia   Chairman - Rahayu Gabrelle   She has worked in Malaysia and Singapore as a Migrant Domestic Worker for the last 7 years. During which she has experienced the unspeakable hardships of the migrant woman. Before she returned home to Indonesia, she was a volunteer resident with H.O.M.E. Singapore as Shelter Supervisor. She also initiated a performing choir of shelter residents. Upon her repatriation, she successfully set up projects in fish farming and grocery to provide for her family. Her decision to leave Semarang to work with SMS) is very much inspired by the work of H.O.M.E.   SMS Philippines  Chairman - Elizabeth V. Pedernal, MSCS She is a Missionary Sister of the Congregation of St. Charles Borromeo, Scalabrini. True to her call as a Scalabrinian Sister, Sr. Beth immediately responded to the needs of Filipino domestic workers in Singapore by taking upon the challenge to help them incroporate an organization for domestic workers. Being a missionary sister she has been `migrant among migrants` and with her established networks in the Philippines, is strategically positioned to lead the organization to be of real service to needy women migrant workers.
